Scholars Training Restaurant, Cathedral Street Campus, Glasgow Metroplitan College

Smith & Brown were appointed to design an industry standard restaurant for the College’s training academy.

A contemporary colour scheme and relaxed lighting complement the walnut panelling on the reception and bar.

Innovative decoration and promotion systems were created to maximise the restaurant’s use without compromising the overall design scheme.
